Hi Montana Tribal College Fair Partners & Friends,
 
Thank you for your patience the last week and half while our Board and teams across the state have been meeting to figure out the best plan forward with the COVID-19 crisis.  We were sad to share the cancellation news of the live 2020 Montana Tribal College Fairs, but it just got bigger than us with all the global, national, state, & tribe restrictions to COVID-19.  We hope that you, your teams, and families are staying healthy through this unprecedented time.  We also have placed everyone's safety at the forefront of our thoughts.  We know this impacts all of us, and we appreciate your understanding and team efforts to get through this time together. 
 
With this being beyond our control and impacting us greatly too, we have been brainstorming the best and most fair way forward.  Officially, our contract terms do not offer refunds, as we start to accrue expenses the moment we start sending invitations out for these type of events.  With us being a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization, all your support goes back into supporting these events.  It is really unfortunate that the timing of this crisis has been so close to this event, as we had already accrued a large amount of expenses in final preparation of this event.  In an effort to try and keep this partnership and service growing, we wanted to still offer services to students with all of you.  Therefore, in lieu of this cancellation this year, we are excited to offer you an alternative "Online Profile & Advertisement" to connect with schools, build relations, and share your resources with our Montana students, counselors, high schools, communities, and beyond.  After much deliberation, we feel it is the next best option during this sensitive time.  We also have decided to waive all fees for this option for you which is normally a cost of up to $575.  Overall, we appreciate all your team efforts, as we are all working together through this challenge.
