DEADLINES:
  • ​Deadline for the Bonus - In-Person Spring Fair's Display:  Submit your advertisement no later than a week before the in-person fairs to be included in this bonus option.  You may upload at the link below or directly email your advertisement to [email protected] before the in-person fairs to be included in this bonus display of your advertisement at the in-person spring fairs.  Thank you!
  • Deadline to submit for the printed Guidebook:  July 31.  You may upload at the link below or directly email your advertisement to [email protected]

Submit your online profile information by the deadline to be included.
DEADLINES:
  • Deadline to submit online profile:  As soon as you would like your profile live on our website but no later than August 31.  Thank you!

TImeline

  • Registration open for the 2024-2025 Guidebook Edition.  
  • DEADLINE:  Deadline to Register & Submit Advertisement:  July 31.
  • Printed Advertisement is printed and distributed in September each year and is active for a full year.  It will run from beginning of September - beginning of September.  
  • Online Profile:  Your online profile will be active as soon as you submit your online information at the link above.  Your team is responsible for keeping this online profile updated through the advertisement year at the same link.  
  • Bonus In-Person Spring Fair's Display:  If you submit your advertisement no later than the week before the Spring MT Tribal College Fairs, we will display your advertisement at all these in-person spring fairs too.  ​​​
